This Site is a marketing tool used by Wong Chuen Kiat to promote ForestHill Residences and is independent of the developer, Foresthill Damansara Land Sdn. Bhd. It is not the developer's official website.

2. What personal data we collect

When you use the enquiry form or the WhatsApp buttons on this Site, we may collect:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your unit type preference and any message you choose to include
• Basic technical data such as your approximate location (from your IP address), browser type and device type, collected automatically by standard web analytics

We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this Site.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry about ForestHill Residences by phone, SMS or WhatsApp
• Share unit availability, pricing, floor plans and arrange site visits or appointments
• Follow up with relevant property opportunities from IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, where you have not opted out
• Improve this Site and understand which pages and units are of most interest
