foresthill.my ("the Site") is an independently operated marketing page for ForestHill Residences, a residential development in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Site is owned and run by Wong Chuen Kiat (REN 44732), a Registered Real Estate Negotiator under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (Licence No. E (1) 1584), for the purpose of marketing the development to prospective purchasers.

The Site is not the official website of the developer, Foresthill Damansara Land Sdn. Bhd., and is not operated, endorsed or controlled by the developer. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Informational purposes only

All content on this Site — including descriptions, floor plans, facility renderings, pricing and unit availability — is provided for general marketing and informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, contract, or part of a contract of sale.

• All artist's impressions, computer-generated images and renderings are illustrative only and may differ from the actual completed development.
• Floor plans, unit sizes, layouts and specifications are subject to change by the Developer, its architects, or relevant authorities, without prior notice.
• Pricing shown is indicative and subject to confirmation, availability, and applicable discounts at the time of booking. Actual price, terms and Sale and Purchase Agreement will be issued by and confirmed with the Developer.

Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us via WhatsApp does not create any binding obligation between you and Wong Chuen Kiat, IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, or the Developer. It is simply a request for further information, which we will respond to as promptly as we can.
